Men's Golf Finishes Top Five in Bojangles Intercollegiate
The University of the Cumberlands men's golf team completed Tuesday's final round at the Bojangles Tennessee Intercollegiate at the Tennessee National Golf Course with a fifth place finish while one individual placed in the top five. The Patriots put together a strong second round which brought the Patriots two-round combined stroke total to 607.

Patriots Women's Soccer Shuts Out Life University
UC Women's Soccer looked for back-to-back Mid-South Conference wins on Tuesday as they traveled to take on the Running Eagles of Life University. The Patriots would find the back of the net early and often on their way to an 8-0 shutout victory, moving their overall record to 9-7 overall and 3-3 in MSC play.

Women's Golf Rallies for Victory at Thomas University Invitational
UC Women's Golf entered Tuesday's final round at the Thomas University Invitational looking up at two tough competitors in Thomas University and Campbellsville University. The Patriots began the round just two shots out of first, but put together a solid round on a tough course to propel them up the leaderboard to win the Thomas University Invitational by one shot. It is the fourth straight victory for the Patriots this fall.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Women's Wrestling team have officially begun their 2015-2016 season as they travelled to Franklin Spring, GA to compete in the Emmanuel College Tournament. The Patriot ladies wrestled extremely well and were able to have twelve wrestlers place within the top six of their weight class in the tournament.

The Patriot football team hosted the Knights of Kentucky Christian University on Saturday and did not disappoint in front of the home crowd. Scoring in all facets of the game, UC dominated the line of scrimmage all night as they defeated the Knights 52-7 to move to 3-4 on the season (2-1 MSC East).

The Patriots were back on the road Thursday as they defeated the Thorobreds of Kentucky State University (KSU) 3-1 to earn their sixth straight win. Beal Earns First Career NAIA Runner of the Week
Samuel Beal (SR/Beavercreek, OH) earned his first NAIA Runner of the Week award as released by the NAIA today after his impressive fifth place finish at Queens Royals XC Challenge in Charlotte, NC, where Beal was also the first NAIA contestant to cross the line at this event. Beal ran an impressive 24:23.1 which tied a 20 year old school record at the Cumberlands. The record was previously held by Gareth Wilford in 1996.

Pats Fall to Blue Raiders on Homecoming Night
UC football returned home for the first time in nearly a month as they hosted the Blue Raiders of Lindsey Wilson College for their annual Homecoming game. It was back and forth for much of the contest, but late in the game Lindsey Wilson would surge ahead for a 41-27 victory over the Patriots, moving UC to 2-4 overall on the season.

The Patriots took to the road on Saturday as they defeated Kentucky Wesleyan College 3-1. The Panthers started off strong winning the first set, but the Patriots would answer back taking the final three sets. This win brings the Patriots to 16-6 overall on the year and extend their win streak to four.
