Baseball Pats Have 7 Earn NAIA Scholar-Athlete Awards
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Baseball program once again concluded their season earlier than hoped for in 2014-15 with the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Tournament. With numerous players earning honors on and off the field this year, seven more Patriots earned the highest athletic honors this week from the NAIA.

Williams Named 3-Time NAIA All-American in Outdoor Track and Field
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Track and Field team had select members compete last week at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships. With five members of the team competing, UC was hopeful for numerous top finishes. One Patriot did exceptionally well at the meet, garnering several awards for his efforts.

Patriot Tennis Earns Five NAIA Scholar Athlete Awards
University of the Cumberlands Tennis programs have completed their seasons for the 2014-15 school year. The men would go 6-11 on the season, making a run to the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Tournament Semifinals. The Patriot ladies would go 7-11 overall on the year before being upset in the MSC Tournament Quarterfinals. The NAIA announced its highest academic honors today.

The Patriot ladies have done extremely well this season coming away with multiple tournament victories and numerous individual tournament champions. Patriot Track and Field Athletes Recognized for Academic Excellence
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Track and Field programs continue to show their superior athleticism as they competed this past weekend in the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Championships.
